Licenses

SuperDrive’s technology is protected by three issued patents and three patent applications with broad claims. SuperDrive intends to commercialize its technology via licenses granted to installers of SDI’s CVT System and to manufacturers of commercial vehicles and vehicle components to the truck market.

SDI divides its target market into two categories - the OEM market and the retrofit market. Initially, SDI will focus its licensing efforts on installers and fleet owners with capabilities to install CVT Systems. Then SuperDrive will focus on OE manufacturers of trucks and buses and truck components.

Licensees will take full responsibility (within their licensed fields) for all production, assembly, installation, sales, and after-sale support for SDI Systems and/or the vehicles in which they are installed.
