SuperDrive History

Background


The original concept for SuperDrive was developed by founder and inventor Herman Mitchell. Thereafter, Cook & Mitchell Power Systems, Inc. was formed with financing provided by various investors and the intention to eventually commercialize this concept.

Current Status


In the summer of 2003, WorldWide Associates of Indianapolis, Indiana, provided the financing to increase the momentum of the Company. New management and additional employees were added to the Company and the business plan was revised and updated. A purchase order received from the Paducah Area Transit System for 4 buses equipped with SuperDrive provided new opportunity. The first bus was delivered in June of 2004.
