SuperDrive, Inc. is uniquely positioned to help launch a new era in powertrain solutions for the next decade. Our years of research and development have given us an understanding of the benefits of using mature and proven hydraulic components with compact on-board computers to control the delivery of torque to the drive wheels of heavy trucks. Not only is optimum fuel economy obtainable, but fewer revolutions of a diesel engine per mile driven reduces the volume of emissions, reduces wear on the engine and its components, and increases the function of the truck braking system while saving wear and tear on the brakes. Couple these benefits with the ease of operation and the increase in drivability and the future of the trucking industry looks vastly different.
Fleet owners will have more control over their operating costs and the life of their fleet than ever before. Future controls on diesel engine emissions will only be improved by the use of our CVT and add-on devices will last longer. Every engine manufacturer should be scrambling to see what they can do to optimize their engine output using a constant engine speed with the use of the SuperDrive CVT.
Current testing and applications have been limited to our first generation design. We are anxiously working on working models of our second and third generation designs, only available through one source - SuperDrive. Our unique approach of looking at all possibilities to improve diesel truck performance will result in new product introductions in 2005 and 2006. We look forward to many years of helping America stand stronger in the face of foreign oil dependency, rising fuel costs and stricter emissions standards.
